Just got back from the first meeting of HumberMUD.

I have to say I had a really good time the free food and free alcohol probably aided that result.

Jeremy Buxton from the BBC gave a very interesting presentation on the history and ongoing presence of the Big Screen, but they really need to check their equipment before presentations as there were a few hiccups tut tut.

I'm once again the student rep for this year so I have setup this section of my blog to document any meetings or development and issues that arise during this year.

This way I can let people have all the information I have and bring up and new issues that come about from this.

I haven't been doing much on the developing front for this project of late, as I have been busy working on my client project and finishing off my proposal document.

I'm glad to say I have finished my proposal document and handed it in. I'm very happy with my documents I think I have done a good job with it.

I have turned my focus back to my mail client that I am building and I'm very happy to say I have had a major breakthrough with it.

It's been a while since I updated this site in terms of functionality, so I have added two very cool features.

The first one is a page slide I've added the effect to the back to top link which you find under the content, Test it out once it's clicked you page is slides gracefully to the top of the site.....

There is a new networking group known as Humber MUD their first meeting is this thurdays all sounds very interesting.

Sounds like a great idea for both people in the industry and people wanting to get in the industry.
